Pork and leek dumpling! Yum. I always make extra to freeze for quick dumpling soup lunches.

- We live in a little house with a little kitchen on Rupert St., Thunder Bay, Ontario. We go to the local farmer's market on Saturday mornings so we can find good things to cook. We started this blog so we could keep track of our cooking adventures, especially those in meat curing/charcuterie. Krista likes cooking, eating, drinking, quilting and reading about all the above. Her favorite things are prosciutto, pho, smalls the cat, cottage painted furniture and most carbs but not potatoes. Jesse likes potatoes, bread, pig, hockey, diet pepsi and beer in no particular order.
